Kimber Mfg, Inc, a rapidly growing and leading manufacturer of fine sporting firearms is seeking a talented professional ready to lead our product management team.

This senior level position will develop and lead the newly established Product Management initiative of a growing mid size manufacturing company located in Elmsford, NY. This position is responsible for improving focus on five (5) lines of business by developing & implementing both long term and annual product plans (strategies and roadmaps) that maximize sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have strong consumer firearms and durable goods experience, analytical marketing skills, small arms familiarity, and a demonstrated ability to produce results across a high growth multi-functional organization. A successful track record in driving products through the full life cycle is critical.

An MBA or equivalent experience and several years Product Management experience are required.

Gunsmith
KIMBER MFG., INC., the premiere manufacturer of classic sporting firearms, is seeking talented gunsmiths to work in our Yonkers, New York manufacturing facility. Qualified candidates should have a detailed knowledge of 1911 pistols with a minimum of 7-10 years related hands-on experience.

The essential functions of this position include repairing and customizing 1911 handguns in a high-volume facility. Must be able to work with routines.

The essential requirements for this position include Certification as an Amorer/Gunsmith from a licensed institute, or a track record of success working on 1911 pistols in a manufacturing environment.
