Returning A Firearm
GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES
Before making any return, contact Kimber Customer Service at (888) 243-4522 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number.
Does your gun have any aftermarket parts and/or modifications?
If so, please be aware that Kimber is required to restore your gun to factory specifications before performing any work to the gun. Please also note that this will be at your expense.

Returns arriving without a legible RMA number on the carton will be refused.
Once an RMA number has been assigned to your return, please carefully review and follow the instructions below. Please note that in addition to these general guidelines, you and your shipment must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
