LifeAct Terms & Conditions

The LifeAct products may not be purchased by minors or where prohibited by law. Federal, state or local law may regulate the purchase, possession, and/or use of the LifeAct products. Federal law may prohibit the carrying or transporting of a LifeAct products on a passenger aircraft. Federal law may prohibit the possession of LifeAct products in certain federal and state buildings. The use of LifeAct products for any purpose except lawful self-defense may be a crime punishable with imprisonment, fines or both.

I agree to carefully read and understand the LifeAct instructions and warnings that come with each purchase of a LifeAct product before carrying, storing or using the LifeAct products. I understand that the LifeAct products contain inflammatory agents that may harm children or persons with respiratory disorders.

I understand that the LifeAct products contain 10% Oleoscin Capsicum, a strong inflammatory agent derived from cayenne peppers. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, in case of contact with skin and eyes, thoroughly flush with water. Seek immediate medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen.

Always keep the LifeAct products out of the reach of children.

Kimber Mfg., Inc., does not guarantee or warrant the product’s effectiveness as a self-defense device. The LifeAct products may present a risk of eye injury if used at a distance of less than two feet.

Do not expose the LifeAct products to extreme heat or flame. Avoid discharging the LifeAct products near fire, flame or spark as the individual for whom discharge of the LifeAct product is intended may experience serious burns. Under no circumstances shall Kimber Mfg., Inc. be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic laws or injury to person or property, whether as a result or breach of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. The LifeAct products should not be used following the expiration period and should be properly disposed.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction with our products is important. If an item you order from us does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for a complete refund less shipping and handling. Merchandise must be returned unused in new condition in its original packaging within (30) thirty days of the order shipment date.
