COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NEW KIMBER STORE
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction with our products is important. If an item you order from us online does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for a complete refund, less shipping and handling. Merchandise must be returned unused in new condition in its original packaging within thirty (30) days of the order. Call customer service at (888) 243-4522 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you'd like to cancel or change your online order, please call customer service at (888) 243-4522 or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
Ground Shipping and Handling (Standard)
Ground shipping is available for $9.75 and is valid online for domestic orders.
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained. Orders shipped via ground delivery typically arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii). Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to U.S. territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Ground delivery rates only apply to U.S. territories and P.O. boxes.
Second Day Shipping and Handling (Two Day)
Second day shipping is available for $19.50. Orders placed with second day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays before 3:00 p.m. ET / 12:00 p.m. PT) will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with second day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 p.m. ET / 12:00 p.m. PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Second day delivery to rural routes and remote locations typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
Second day delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO or FPO.
"Signature Required" Shipping Options
An adult signature is required for shipment of PepperBlaster and certain other products. The additional charge per shipment is $4.50.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS, United Parcel Service, UPS or FedEx).
International Shipping Options & Charges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept online orders for shipment to international locations.
General Shipping Notices
Please note that shipping windows are estimates, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
When a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
