Kimber Announces Chris Klope as New Chief Operating Officer
TROY, AL, Jan. 11, 2022 — Kimber, Mfg., Inc., the world’s largest manufacturer of premium 1911 handguns and other fine firearms, announces Chris Klope as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Chris Klope will succeed outgoing COO Dennis Dougherty who is transitioning to Kimber’s board.
As COO, Klope is tasked with maintaining and expanding Kimber’s operations at its various facilities across the United States, which includes oversight of all internal operations, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and shipping, as well as product services.
