Kimber Mfg., Inc. (“Kimber,” “we”, “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. By accessing, visiting, or using our Website, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand this Policy and agree to it, as well as the Terms & Conditions of Use of our Website which is accessible here. If you do not agree to the Policy, or the Terms & Conditions of Use, do not access, visit, or use the Website. This Policy does not apply to information we collect from sources other than this Website, including information you provide to us in written correspondence (except as submitted through the Website), information from a third-party or information from a website operated by a third-party.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

  • When you place an order through the Website, e.g., in the Kimber Shop.

We use automatic data collection technologies to collect information about your computer, device, browser, IP address and activity on the Website, as well as to ensure and maintain the integrity, operability, and security of our Website and information technologies systems. We cannot personally identify you with certain information collected, e.g., information about your computer, device, browser, and activity on the Website; however, to the extent we collect such information and it personally identifies you, it will be considered “personal information” under this Policy.

We may also collect information through cookies or similar technologies. A cookie is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your browser and stored on your hard drive when you visit a Website. A cookie allows our Website to customize your visit and provide us information regarding how you interact with the Website. Your browser may allow you to refuse to accept cookies. However, if you refuse to accept cookies, certain aspects and features of the Website may be inoperable. Up to all of the above information has been collected by us over the last 12 months.

What We Do With Your Information

Your Rights And Choices

Where applicable or required, you will be given an option to “opt-in” or consent to the voluntary disclosure of information to us, such as when you “opt-in” or consent to receiving emails from Kimber or voluntarily create an account. When you communicate with us regarding your rights and choices as described above, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity.  We may ask you to provide personal details about yourself based on the information you have provided to us previously.  For example, we may ask you to verify any transactions you have consummated with us.  We will never ask you for your password over the phone or by email; however, your actions in logging on to your account with us using your password and changing your preferences for the handling of your personal information will be considered sufficient verification of your identity.

Your California Privacy Rights

Pursuant to California Civil Code §§ 1798.83 & 1798.100 et seq, users of our Website that are California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes if specific circumstances apply. Age

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If we learn that we collected personal information of a child under the age of thirteen (13), we will delete that information from our systems.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you for any reason. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy.
